En Angulas Manterola S.L. llevamos a cabo estrictos controles de calidad en todos los niveles del proceso de elaboración. Implantamos nuestro propio plan de calidad (APPCC), que cumple con los estándares más exigentes, y lo orientamos hacia la mejora continua de todo el proceso. Contamos con la certificación según la norma IFS (International Food Standard).
La materia prima principal, el surimi, es seleccionada en su grado de calidad más alto. El almacenamiento y distribución de todos nuestros productos se realiza a temperaturas controladas, garantizando una conservación óptima hasta el momento de su consumo.
En Angulas Manterola S.L. también nos sentimos comprometidos con el medio en el que vivimos. Destinamos el 95% de los residuos que generamos a procesos de reciclaje, contribuyendo a minimizar los efectos negativos sobre el medioambiente.
